The process is very simple but you can not close the account online. You will have to follow the offline method only. But before you approach the bank there are a few things you should take care of. The first thing is there should be no negative balance in your account. If you have any then the bank will not allow you to close the account. This is the reason why you should first clear the dues and then approach the bank.
